$381,500. amount the home is taxed on (350,000 X 1.09%).

$5611.87-dollar amount of yearly taxes due from the property.
It MAY be possible to reduce the assessment on the property.

$327,000. Is the amount the home is taxed on (327,000 X 1.09%).

If the value your tax assessor has determined for the property is too high, it will NOT be changed unless YOU dispute it.
